Direct management contract
The client is entrusts the company with his investment portfolio in the buying and selling and retention of securities and investments, as well as all deposits, withdrawals and conversions of funds due to the direct dealing in the portfolio, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations and according to the agreed standards and criteria of investment.
The company holds the customer’s investment and interests in utmost regards and will work thoroughly, gearing its resources to achieve the clients targets.
This is based on the client’s strategic investment priorities.
Contract management per client instructions
Customer authorizes the Company to buy, sell and retain investments and withdraw funds deposited or converted dealing in the Portfolio according to the instructions and guidelines written by the client to the extent permitted by applicable regulations and in accordance with laws and ethical values. The client is allocated a customer services manager o receive instructions and queries directly from the client.
