Mohamed Ezzat

Mr. Ezzat is the chairman of the board of Director at Target Asset Management, he is responsible for general overseeing on the group Business and Equity portfolio strategy.
- Ezzat started his investment career since 2005 to 2008 as a Broker in Dynamic for securities (Ci Capital now)
- In 2008, he joined as Deputy Manager in Pioneer for securities.
- Head of Tanta branch for Pioneer for securities from 2009 to 2011
- Ezzat founded his own company Mubasher for marketing in 2011 where he reached with AUM to EGP 180 Million in 2014 with total transactions reached EGP 1.2 Billion.
- Ezzat holds a Diploma in Portfolio Management from American Un.
- Ezzat Member of the Egyptian Securities Association
Nour El Din Mohamed
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER & HEAD OF INVESTMENT COMMITTEE
Mr. Nour is chief executive officer at Target investment group, responsible for overseeing fixed income & Equities capital markets strategies and advisory businesses with a mandate to drive the growth of the group.
- Nour has extensive experience in capital markets sector, he started his career with Hermes in 1996 till 2005 and his last position was Fixed Income Director.
- Nour’s past 24-year experience in wealth & investment management also includes a leading positions in global financial institutions including BNP-Egypt, where appointed for more than a position:
- Head of Markets researches and Markets analysis
- GM of investment & Treasury dept.
Nour also responsible at our Group for providing retail clients with comprehensive financial advisory and valuable guidance on investment strategies.
Hossam Eldin Magdy
MANAGING DIRECTOR ( INVESTMENT COMMITTEE MEMBER )
Mr. Hossam is the Managing Director of the company, provides oversight for the planning, organization, direct accounting and treasury
- He also works closely with other management to establish the funding strategy and maintain availability of resources, as well as working with the Front Directors to define and achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Hossam has a long experience in the Financial Markets as he started in 2005 his career of wealth management during this journey Hossam joined more than financial institutions like Al Ahly Securities, Wedan Brokerage & Helwan Securities.
- Hossam holds a professional certificates in the same field as certified Portfolio & Mutual Fund Manager Authorized from Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority (EFSA) and Egyptian Management Association (EIMA).
MR. KARIM MORTAGY
SALES & MARKETING DIRECTOR (INVESTMENT COMMITTEE MEMBER)
Mr. Karim is the Sales & Marketing Director at Target Asset Management, responsible about all the related Sales & marketing issues and overseeing for researches & analysis of domestic and global markets to provides the recommendations of the markets expectations to the clients.
- Karim has been more than 15 years of the experience in the financial Makerts, started his wealth Management career in UAE- Dubai as wealth manager as he worked with FGB, ENBD Group & RAKBANK.
- Karim was the dedicated wealth Manager for more than one big Entity in UAE like Dubai Chamber of commerce, Sharjah Society cooperation and SHUAA Capital in UAE and he managed the own wealth for very well-known people in UAE.
- Karim holds an international certificate in wealth and investment management From UK- London.
